GO-JEK provides solely a communications platform between the customers and the service providers (hereby called, “Iindependent Pprofessionals”). GO-JEK is not an employer of any independent professional.
GO-GLAM is GO-JEK’s product line which provides the communications platform between the customer and the Independent Professionals.
Customers are required to provide complete, factual and truthful information requested by each service.
Any expense or loss due to, including but not limited to, customer's inability to provide complete, factual, and truthful information is not part of GO-JEK's responsibilities.
A cancellation fee of Rp50.000 will be charged to the customer if an order is cancelled after the service provider has departed to the customer’s house.
GO-JEK requires customers to neither offer nor consent to additional services that are not legally and publicly offered by GO-GLAM services, such as:
Additional cleaning services that are not offered through our platform.
GO-JEK had done background checks of each independent professional. However, each customer should exercise caution and common sense to protect personal safety and property, just as customer would when interacting with any person whom they do not know.
GO-GLAM provides insurance up to Rp10.000.000 for household items broken/lost during the use of GO-GLAM services, as long as theThese are limited to items goods that are in accordance with the information provided (point 1)included in our service provider’s scope of work (. bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen). Nominal reimbursement will be based on the receipt of purchase and/or reference to the fair value of the price of goods. Below is the Iitems which excluded from insurance coverage:
Narcotics, marijuana, morphine, and other addictive products
Pornography in any form
Alive animals and plants
Explosive, firearms, weaponry and their parts
Gambling devices and lottery ticket
Government controlled item
Artwork, including any work created or developed by the application of skill, taste or creative talent for sale, display, or collection. This includes, but is not limited to, items (and their parts) such as paintings, drawings, vases, tapestries.
Film, photographic images, including photographic negatives, photographic chromes, photographic slides.
Any commodity that its inherent nature is particularly susceptible to damage, or the market value of which is particularly variable or difficult to ascertain.
Antiques, any commodity which exhibits the style or fashion of a past era and whose history, age or rarity contributes to its value. These items include, but are not limited to, furniture, tableware, glassware, and collector's items such as coins, stamp.
Glassware in jewellery item, including costume jewellery, watches and their parts, mount gems or stones (precious or semiprecious) industrial diamonds and jewellery made of precious metal.
Furs, including, but not limited to, fur-clothing, fur-trimmed clothing and fur pelts.
Precious Metal, including, but not limited to, gold and silver bullion or dust, precipitates or platinum (except as an integral part of electronic machinery).
Postage stamps, liquor stamps, tax stamps.
a. Gold Coin (should be packed by coin header or Safe-T Mailer and keep from coming in contact with one another or wrapped by padded material).
Certificate of Ownership and/or Certificate of Building usage and ownership (HGB).
Ownership Evident of Motor Vehicle / Motorcycle (BPKP).
Certificate of Graduate, Passport.
Bank Deposit Certificate.
Other items defined by GO-GLAM as Valuable Documents.
Once the goods are found damaged, customers are required to keep the damaged goods safe and protected as is, where . GO-GLAM will be the only one to determine the damage value to be claimed based on the invoice of the purchased items and/or the market price quoted as per reported property damage/loss date from relevant e-commerce market leader in Indonesia.
For lost goods, customers are required to present loss documentations, such as:
a loss claim letter issued by the local police as proof;
the invoice of the purchased items and/or the market price quoted as per reported property damage/loss date from relevant e-commerce market leader in Indonesia.
If the customer could not fulfill the full documentation requirement as mentioned in Point 10, GO-GLAM will not be able to reimburse the customer claim.
Customers must report cases of property damage/loss to GO-GLAM Call Center at 021-50255550 021-50252220 within 24 hours after the service is completed.
For every claim made, customers will be charged administration fee of Rp150.000.
Customers are expected to rate and review their service providers at the end of the service.
GO-GLAM independent professionals are certified to perform services in the most optimum way. However customers are required to inform their service provider of any contraindications that may be the cause to withhold a service.
Any consequences that may occur as a result of violation to the clauses above will be customer and/or service provider's full responsibility. GO-JEK will not be liable for any consequences that may result.
